Terms of sale.
These terms govern purchases of NORDEN Framer templates from Manuel Fernando Chavez Duarte through the Stripe checkout. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Seller & product
The seller is Manuel Fernando Chavez Duarte, Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 140, 52223 Stolberg, Germany. NORDEN is a digital Framer website template. The product description, the applicable price, and the payment link are shown before checkout.
Order, payment & delivery
A purchase agreement is concluded when payment is successfully confirmed through Stripe. The displayed checkout price includes the amount payable for the order. After payment, NORDEN is delivered manually by email as a Framer Remix link and setup instructions within one business day.
Template licence
After purchase, you may remix, customize, and use NORDEN for your own projects or client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish NORDEN itself, its source files, or a substantially unchanged derivative as a competing template, kit, or downloadable product. Your use of Framer remains subject to Framer’s own terms.
Refunds & support
Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the Refund Policy. For delivery or technical support, email manuel.fernando.info@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your payment reference.
Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent legally permitted. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of the country in which you habitually live remain unaffected.
