Refund & cancellation policy.
This policy applies to purchases of NORDEN Framer templates through our Stripe checkout. It does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Digital delivery
NORDEN is delivered by email as a Framer Remix link and setup instructions. We aim to send delivery within one business day after successful payment.
Cancellations & refunds
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. To request a cancellation or refund, email manuel.fernando.info@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your payment reference.
Technical issues
If NORDEN does not work as described, contact us first. We will try to resolve the issue and, where a remedy is not possible, provide an appropriate refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Immediate access
If NORDEN later offers immediate access to digital content, any waiver of a statutory withdrawal right will be requested separately and only where legally valid.
