This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit the NORDEN website, contact us, or purchase a NORDEN template. It reflects the services currently used on this site.
Website hosting & analytics
This website is hosted with Framer. We process the technical information needed to deliver the website, such as IP address, browser details, and request logs. Framer Analytics is enabled to measure aggregate website use; it is cookie-free and does not use persistent visitor identifiers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form or email us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company and message, to respond to your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Purchases, payment & delivery
Payments are completed on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment information on its own checkout page; we receive the details needed to confirm your purchase, deliver the Framer Remix link, provide support, and meet legal record-keeping requirements. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Service providers
We use Framer to host the website and collect contact-form submissions, Stripe to process payments, and our email provider to communicate and deliver purchases. These providers process data only as necessary for their services. If data is transferred outside the EEA, the provider’s applicable safeguards govern that transfer.
Your rights & contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability where the GDPR applies. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority.
